Good little spot

The location was great and an easy walk from the train station. Yes you have to check in a few doors down across the street but there is a sign on the door that makes it very clear. A great little place for a quick visit.

Beautiful hotel. Check in was smooth but you have to check in across the street. The shower is very small but as an American I guess that’s something you have to get used to when you’re in Europe. Other than that it was a nice stay. Would recommend.

Location is perfect, only a 4 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is clean, the staff was excellent and breakfast was good as well. If there was a downfall at all it would be that there isn’t an elevator…but after all you are in Venice so that is expected. Highly recommend

Would recommend if taking train or bus. Water taxi was a longer walk with luggage. Once in easy access everywhere. Left by train which was super easy. Breakfast was solid. Excellent cappuccino. Nice clean room but no seating other than beds.

Short 10 minute walk from train station or bus drop off point from airport. Room was in good shape and included breakfast was great. Also were willing to store bags for a few hours after checkout before catching train out of Venice.

This is perfectly close to train station but quite a walk towards the heart of Venice. we took the Vaporetto pass and it worked well for us. The room gives you the Venetian vibe. I enjoyed the well prepared breakfast. However, the hotel has no elevators. I received a Proseco from my Expedia VIP booking reward, however the hotel receptionist told me they don’t have ice to chill my drink. i had to drink it flat😅 The area has s lot of dining options.

Great location

The location is really good - right next to the train station. The room was very clean. It’s a very basic hotel and you have to check in at the hotel opposite. The room for breakfast is very small and claustrophobic. Our trip room was quite squished and the noise from the street outside is quite loud. Value for money is not great as this is Venice but it was an OK stay.

Excellent location and value!

Breakfast was included in my rate. Great location close to train station and you can walk with your luggage very comfortable. Close enough to the grand canal and public transportation in Vapporetos (public ferries), but enough distance to have a good rest at night. Great value for may money. Recommend to everybody who wants to enjoy Venice.
