It would be good to tell the guest to take the set of keys with you after you get them from the lockbox. I opened the first orange gate and then returned them, which was obviously a mistake. I had to go back to get the keys to open the other gate, from the inside, which was very difficult. Also, you should label the other gate key with a blue cover. The sliding door does not lock, so we went in that way. Not sure if the third key opens the other house door. I could not open it. Microwave was very hard to use. Need more heaters for cold nights. Could not get the TV in the bedroom to work. On the positive side, we loved the view from the balcony!
