It was just gross. I stayed in this hotel for one night on my way to my destination and then on my way home. Just because I have a dog shouldn’t mean I stay in those filthy smelly rooms. I couldn’t bring myself to shower with of my stays and it took everything in me to stay the second time after I knew it was stinky and gross.

First thing was we were on 2nd floor and someone was smoking weed or something the smell would hit you as soon as elevator opened. Front desk lady said she would take care of it. It was like this for 3 days. Also a hotel employee was smoking outdoors which smelled like weed too. Bed comfort was horrible mattress was hard.

Only complaint isn't the hotels fault necessarily but there was a girl that help run the front that was at the indoor pool that afternoon with her friends freaking blasting music on a speaker so loud we couldn't hear ourselves think. We were done swimming for the night anyways but damn disrespectful.

I was hesitant because of the negative reviews. I’m glad I booked anyway. My experience was very positive and my stay was pleasant. This is a fine hotel at nearly half the price of some of the other options! My bed was comfortable, room was clean, and the amenities (breakfast, coffee, pool, gym, etc.) were excellent. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but it’s a safe and clean spot to stay a few nights if you’re in the area.

I have stayed in Comfort inns before and been happy. This was NOT the case. The room was dirty. The floor looked as it had not been vacuumed since many travelers. The blankets were so wrinkled and hap hazard i am still not sure someone had not been jumping on them. The bedsie lamp had rust falling off of it. The bathroom floor was littered with drywall droppings the size of sleet. The wall paper was falling off the wall. The shower did not even have a shower curtain! The tv had some kind of weird remote hooked up to it that did not work. I had to ask the desk staff come and show me how to use it, it still did not work. I asked about another room and was told they were about to be full so i could not be moved. The tv i would have to change by hand on the side of the tv. I was unable to find another hotel in the area for that night but i was for the next 4 that i was in town. I would not recommend ever. Wish i could upload pics because i did take some
