I arrived at the hotel on Saturday. When we got to the room, we were four people, just like I had booked, but there were only enough towels for three. Later, when we left and came back, we found bugs in the room. I called the front desk and they moved us to another room, but it also had the same bug problem. The booking included breakfast, but it was just a muffin, an orange, a small cookie, and a small bottle of water. Also, the internet was really slow and barely worked. And they let me to pay for the parking too

Property is very dated, linens were thin, bed not ver comfortable. The ironing board was broken, and when called down to have it replaced in the morning, it was still not done by the evening. I was in a rush so I had to go downstairs and get a new one myself from the staff.
