Overall, a great stay. A few things were missing from the beginning, extra hand soap, toilet paper, etc., but these were minor things, and otherwise the stay was great, and communication from our host was also great.

We had a rough start to our stay as we were unable to obtain the key from the lockbox. As we arrived late at night, the owner didn’t respond quickly to our challenges, resulting in needing to find a hotel room for the night. The next morning the key issue was resolved and the owner refunded one night’s stay. The apartment was clean and centrally located. We loved this as we were able to walk many places and within a block or two of many transit lines! The building had good security. The apartment had the bare basics for cooking. The living room was a great place to relax after a long day of touring Vancouver.
