Positives: The hotel is in a great location and very convenient to get around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Negatives: The biggest downside was the $100 deposit per day, which added up quickly. We stayed four nights and had to put down $400, which felt excessive. We also purchased breakfast with our stay, which was advertised as “free breakfast.” However, we were limited to selecting items totaling no more than $40 per person, which was not clearly explained upfront and felt misleading. Staff service was generally okay, but there was one staff member working as the breakfast host who was there every day and she had a poor attitude, which affected the overall experience. I previously stayed here when it was the Trump Hotel, and the service at that time was excellent. Unfortunately, the level of service has noticeably downgraded since then. Overall: Nice hotel with a great location and large rooms, but hidden costs and inconsistent service bring the experience down.

The room and bathroom was clean. I am not sure about the frosted windows into the bathroom though and more chairs are needed in our deluxe room. There were two chairs for a four person room. The all-off switch was awkward in the middle of the night, because I could not turn on the bathroom light without switching on all the lights that were on at the time the all-off switch was used. The coffee machine was not intuitive for someone that does not use pod coffee normally. These were minor issues in a nice one day stay. The staff at the front desk were very kind, as were the lounge and club staff. Both places inside the hotel were fun and the staff made both welcoming places.
