The hotel itself is excellent, with very friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a good breakfast. Our check-in experience, however, was not ideal—we were initially given two separate rooms and informed that we had made two bookings, which wasn’t accurate as we had only one family reservation. To their credit, the hotel called us the next day and offered to move us to rooms closer to each other, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. This gesture definitely improved our overall impression and brought the experience to a solid 4 stars. The breakfast was also enjoyable, offering a nice variety of continental options. Overall, a good stay and a positive experience.

The actual property and staff were great, we had a really good experience (and the included breakfast was an actual breakfast, not the more traditional "continental breakfasts" other places have done the 'ol bait-and-switch with)...the ONLY thing was that, depending on which side of the hotel your room is, part is next to a road that can be noisy, but some earplugs solve that issue.

It was a very nice hotel. Bed was excellent, room was clean, and hotel staff were wonderful. The only problem I had is the room is overpriced. I stayed there because I was traveling with friends. I can usually find similar accomadations for a much cheaper price.
