Dee helped me out I booked the wrong accommodation and she fixed it so when I arrived there was no issue . Also when I got into my room we noticed the pillows and comforters where feather and we have a severe allergy the sent new regular pilllows and blankets . I was. Expecting the hotel to be noisy but found quite quiet for city near airport people next door were a little noisy but not the hiltons fault people are rude . Would definitely stay there again

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff supportive and helpful. However, one thing that was not great was that the toilet was so very low - as someone with knee osteoarthritis this was difficult to navigate.

I was expecting more to be honest especially for the price, at that price top tier I would rather pay an extra 300 or 500 and stay at the fairmont. I was nice and okay but nothing that blew me away what so ever. Staff was efficient and super nice. Other than that I probably wont be back unfortunately.
