I enjoyed my one night stay. I especially enjoyed my driver, Aten, from the airport to the hotel. He was very pleasant and informative. The hotel and grounds were very clean. The breakfast was great and the staff who did the breakfast were great also.

Arrived after shuttle was running. They said to take a taxi and they’d reimburse. Cabbie had no receipts so they would not pay. Morning shuttle back to airpot is great as long as you register, especially good for cruise connections. Wifi did not work. Breakfast excellent.

It was what you would expect from a Hampton Inn, convenient and clean but nothing fancy. It was extremely close to the river rock and train station which was nice.

It was a longer wait than I thought it was supposed to be for the airport shuttle and it took two phone calls. It was late as we caught the last shuttle and we were tired!

The room was clean and quiet. A real negative, the shower floor was very slippery and dangerous, especially for us oldsters. I liked the breakfast buffet. The best thing was the shuttle service from the airport. Keeping in mind that the shower floor is like ice, slippery, I would stay here again.

We only stayed for several hours as we just needed a place to freshen up for an event after arriving in Vancouver. We appreciate that the hotel was accommodating for this purpose. A few in our party who did not attend the event were able to enjoy the provided breakfast.

I’d return.

Was doing a quick two day visit to Vancouver to survey the city with my sister who is moving there. This was a clean, economical location. Unfortunately their hot breakfast wasn’t available for the weekend but otherwise they were very accommodating.
