The staff went above and beyond! They offered our kids snacks when we first checked in and were super friendly and helpful. We accidently left my daughters baby blanket in the room. We called and explained that it was left behind and if they could check with housekeeping. Reception called back and we arrange how we could get it mailed back. What stands out is how promptly they put the blanket in the mail and provided me with a tracking number. They went above and beyond. We will definitely be staying here again!

I recently stayed at this Best Western and was disappointed by several problems that affected my stay. When I opened the sofa bed I found visible blood stains on the mattress. That was upsetting and felt unacceptable for a hotel room. I reported it, but it should never have happened in the first place. The billing was confusing. The hotel lists parking as forty dollars total, yet I was charged thirty dollars per day. That discrepancy needs clarification and looks misleading. Housekeeping also entered my room while I was sleeping, even though I had not given permission or put any sign on the door. It felt like a serious invasion of privacy. If I had been out with my belongings left in the room, I would be very worried about what might have happened. These issues made the stay far less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously, corrects the billing inconsistency, reviews its housekeeping procedures, and addresses the cleanliness problems so future guests do not have the same experience. I trust they will make things right.

Very nice view! The housekeeping manager needs to switch to Fall/Winter bedding! A wafer thin comforter between 2 sheets is not cold weather bedding.
