Holiday Home 'El Puerto De La Estaca 3' with Sea View, Private Garden and Balcony
House located in front of the sea in Puerto de la Estaca, in the municipality of Valverde.
The property is part of the small coastal area that is still preserved in this region.
Although it is a passenger port, the limited frequency of connections with the Port of Los Cristianos (2 daily connections, except on Saturdays, with only one) makes the area an exceptionally peaceful place.
The house is located in front of the marina and Varadero Beach, offering exceptional views over the Atlantic Ocean.
The beach is just two minutes away.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed that easily transforms into two low single beds by raising the upper one. The property also includes a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a balcony.
Toilet paper and soap are provided for a one-night stay. If the stay is longer, you will need to provide these yourself. If you use the gas heater, we recommend disconnecting it from the gas bottle during the night as a precaution. You can request an additional bed for €20 per night.
Daily wake-up with the sound of birds singing. Sports area and Yacht Club just 1 minute away. Free public parking. Local fruits, coffee, and sugar provided.
It is a calm and relaxing area to walk along the paths and listen to the sea. The Puerto de la Estaca harbor has the Maritime Station, which includes a café where you can enjoy tapas and other varieties, a souvenir and local products shop, car rental offices, and, outside, a Minimarket. The village of Timijiraque is just 5 minutes away, where you’ll find the Bahía bar, offering fish and seafood dishes and a beautiful view of the beach. Las Playas and the Parador Hotel are 7 minutes away.
