Die Wohnung ist feucht, muffig und kalt, das Mobiliar nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu heizen. Damit wir es ein bisschen wärmer hatten, mussten wir abends alle vier Platten des Gasherds eingeschalten. Die Wohnung liegt zwar mitten im Ort, aber an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse zwischen Valverde und Frontera. Die Autos fahren sehr schnell und sind dadurch nachts recht laut zu hören. Der Fernseher hatte ein schlechtes Signal und immer wieder Störungen und WLAN gab es nicht. Um die Insel zu erkunden liegt die Wohnung strategisch gut.
