Spend a pleasant holiday in this luxury apartment of 45 square meters, facing the sea in a front-line building. 8 m2 covered terrace, it is open in front of or closed by 3 large bay windows of 4 m wide (electric aluminum shutters) the 3 bays fold down on one side in order to take advantage of the sea air and the panoramic view on the sea. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (elevator). It is therefore very clear, the windows open on both sides and allow the sea air to cool the rooms.
This accommodation is a large T2 which has all the comforts, a large kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, 3-burner ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, the worktop is granite. Crockery in abundance, electric coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, radio, etc. A square table and chairs.
A sitting area with comfortable sofa, in white leather for 2 people, sleeping 160 wide (mattress 18 cm thick) Separated by a section of wall, a comfortable bench to watch TV or the sea.
