Booked through Expedia and the total including taxes was $781 for two nights. When we checked in there is a rude and unhelpful guy named Hector there to greet you. There is no reception area. When he charged our card he charged it in pesos (which is totally fine) but it was $900 on our bank statement. They overcharged by $119. Nobody will correct it associated with the hotel and is trying to blame exchange rates through our bank. As far as quality of property half the lights in our unit didn’t work or were physically broken and falling over. We stayed in the Leon room. The shower head was so rusted the water barely trickles out in odd directions. The safety lock on the door was broken and couldn’t latch and Hector who checks you in knows the code to open your door. It’s a pretty sketchy place with sketchy operators. Best to save your money and stay elsewhere. There are much better places to stay.

This place doesn’t have an office to check in everything is through WhatsApp, that wasn’t a problem. Héctor (worker) was very nice and polite, he walked us to our room, explained all amenities in detail. We stayed at Don Enrique which was clean with excellent views. I added a package with Charcuterie board, rose petals and wine bottle to my stay and we loved it! The pool was nice and clean. There’s a restaurant with good food next to this location, walking distance! Overall it was a great experience.

Beautiful views, quiet destination. Amenities needed, but you do need to drive for all meals or visit the restaurant at the property next door, which is delicioso.

We enjoyed our stay. Confortable, had a security gate with cameras at entrance to properly. Great views very close to areas we were interested in seeing. Dirt roads, Google map GPS. Big help finding location. Would return again.
