Old stone house, quite fresh in summer , with a nice garden with plenty of trees, a calm and peaceful ,place just with the sound of birds and cigales.

Extérieur très agréable et emplacement parfait à proximité de tout. Seul problème avec les couchages et les sanitaires ... les toilettes turques/douche extérieures sont assez peu commodes en particulier la nuit .... la mezzanine est a déconseiller pour les grands et le lit double est plutôt un lit simple plus ... les travaux en prévision devraient régler ces désagréments ! L'acceptation des animaux de compagnie est un plus et la taille du terrain parfaite pour un chien.

Ein Haus mit Charme und Potential!Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Die Parkmöglichkeit des Autos auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden, aber die Auffahrt ist für ein großes Auto (SUV) sehr eng und mit der Steinbegrenzungen ohne zweiten Einweiser kaum möglich zu fahren.Wenn man Hunde hat und im Garten laufen lassen möchte, ist dies sicherlich möglich . Sobald der angrenzende Fluss kein Wasser mehr führt, können die Hunde darüber leicht in andere Grundstücke wandern.Die Beschreibung erwähnt u.a. eine Dusche. An sich stimmt das, wenn man darüber hinwegsieht, dass eine Dusche im Gartenschuppen vorhanden ist und nur von außen erreichbar ist. Unterhalb dieser waschmöglichkeit befindet sich auch das 2. wo alias Stehklo (!). Das Toilettenpapier darf bei beiden Toiletten nicht reingeworfen werden, es wird stets im Mülleimer gesammelt…Der Kühlschrank hat auch schon seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Das Küchenbesteck ist so knapp bemessen, dass man nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen muss.Die Matratzen sind wahrlich durch und unansehnlich.Die Hausordnung beinhaltet mehr Verbote, als sonst was.

Charmante maison dans une région magnifique

J’ai passé un excellent séjour avec mes deux adolescents. La maison, typique de la région, est très jolie, très agréable, et bien équipée. Le jardin est également très beau et la terrasse, bien ombragée, permet de prendre les repas à l’extérieur même lorsqu’il fait bien chaud. Le positionnement géographique permet d’aller visiter facilement les environs (de Saint Raphaël à menton). Nous avons beaucoup vécu dehors

A fuir

Cette maison n’a rien d’idyllique contrairement à la description faite dans l’annonce. Nous avons été accueilli par un essaim d’abeilles installé a 2m du portail depuis des années au dire de la propriétaire, lui même attaqué par un balai incessant de frelons asiatiques. Impossible de profiter de l’extérieur sans être constamment dévoré par des moustiques tigre qui proviennent entre autre d’un réservoir d’eau stagnante à ciel ouvert. La chaleur dans la maison est étouffante même la nuit. Le seul WC se trouve dans l’unique salle de bain et il faut jeter le papier usagé dans une corbeille pour ne pas boucher la fosse septique qui déborde malgré tout à moins de 5m de l’entrée. Le lit est un simple matelas posé sur des planches et la propriétaire a tenu des propos particulièrement désagréables.

Leider ist das zweite angegebene Bad mit Dusche kein wirkliches Bad und auch nicht im Hause.

Bon rapport qualité prix localisation

Charmante maison atypique. Idéal pour séjour entre amis. Un bémol assez important, il est impossible de jeter du papier toilette dans les toilettes. Ceci ne nous a pas été spécifié, ni dans l'annonce, ni par le propriétaire et occasionne un confort très limite...surtout en famille.. l'autre point négatif est la présence de moustiques tigres . Ceci était précisé mais la présence du cours d'eau a proximité immédiate de la maison explique la zone infestée. Autrement, bon séjour et accueil très agréable. Bon confort général, hormis les points cités avant.

Une maison pleine de charme !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Véronique. Le descriptif est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. La maison elle-même, sa décoration et son jardin constituent un ensemble de caractère, tout à fait charmant !

Sejour tres agreable

Petit endroit très tranquille et très agréable pour une semaine de repos . Petite maison très bien aménagée sur les hauteurs de Valauris, très sympa pour déjeuner sur la Terrace ombragée . Par contre malheureusement pas mal de moustiques l soir. Le seul pb est pour garer le véhicule car la propriétaire avait laissé le sien. Sinon la petite maison est équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Merci

"Altes französisches Landhaus mit viel Charme"...

Die Vermieterin und die Dame für die Gäste-Betreuung waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das rustikale Landhaus mit etwa 1500m² Grundstück ist ein Kleinod in der Stadt. Das ältere Gebäude versprüht eine Menge französisches Landhaus-Ambiente, ebenso das Faible der Eigentümerin für Kunst und Kultur. Es befinden sich einige persönliche Gegenstände im Haus, was nicht stört, es herrscht ein angenehmes Vertrauensklima. Der Garten ist rustikal und charmant mit teils bewachsener Pergola, einem Zitronen-und Olivenbaum neben weiterem Baumbestand am Grundstücksrand, einen kunstvoll beschnittenen Solitärbaum auf gemähter Wiese usw. Das Anwesen ist im Umfeld einer intensiv bebauten und stark frequentierten Cote d'Azur gut geeignet zum Runterkommen und Abschalten. Für unsere Hündin war es geradezu ideal obwohl eine nicht häusliche Katze auf dem Grundstück lebt. Schade dass im März das Haus vom Winter noch ausgekühlt war und die kleinen Elektro-Heizkörper zu wenig Wärme erzeugten. Bei Sonnenschein war es soweit in Ordnung, abends halfen wir uns mit Feuer im Kamin und Decke auf dem Sofa. Wegen Regen reisten wir 2 Tage früher ab. Aufgrund des großen Grundstücks und der Authentizität des Hauses war der Mietpreis hoch - im Sommer und bei schönem Wetter ist es jedoch seinen Preis wert. Nach dem Winter noch stark ausgekühlt und nicht hinreichend heizbar - das war jedoch leider auch ein größerer Wehrmutstropfen bei diesem charmanten Objekt.
