Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Comfortable and cozy apartment, downtown area, completely new, comfortable, decorated with care as well as practical.
Cafes-restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the lungs of the city 5 minutes walk away, El Campo Grande, a large green area with playgrounds and a promenade. All the tranquility you need, the apartment is quiet and fantastic to enjoy the center of the city.
Ideal for couples, tourists and business trips.

The house has two single beds in the double room, a sofa bed, a dishwasher, a washing machine, kitchenware, high-speed Wi-Fi, a work area and a bathroom. Towels and sheets included. Natural gas heating in winter and fans for summer.

Cleaning and disinfection after each visit following established sanitation protocols.
We include as a courtesy tea, infusions and capsule coffee, Nespresso.
