Staff in the evening could not speak very good English. Can tell that they are working on a shoe string budget. Lots of maintenance problems from a broken door entry to the breakfast. Room was clean.

Hot tub was nice and hot and jets worked amazingly well. Rooms could use updates to get into the 21st century. Had snot in the wall, holes and chipping paint on walls. Beds are hard as a brick, needed to put something in freezer but couldn’t due to it be ice covered. For the rate not what I expected in the middle of the winter. Over prices for sure. I w ou of pay $100 more tons somewhere else if I ever need a motel in Valentine NE

New carpet, new paint, and a comfortable bed. Old style air conditioners were a bit loud, but adequate. Large recliner in our room that was filthy and stained. Big disconnect from the rest of the updates.
