The studio was clean and well stocked. It's fairly small, but very cozy. We booked last minute and they were able to even accommodate an early check in. Excellent communication. Location is great.

The air conditioner was amazing. The spot is great for easy access to lots of great areas of sightseeing and you can take a Red bus to tour the Valencia spots. Great amenities and awesome neighborhood to eat out.

Property was perfect, outside the city centre so it’s quiet but there’s a tram station across the street so it’s very easy to accept the city. 2 tram stops away from the aquarium. Property was in perfect condition, I would definitely stay there again.

Value for money is good. Mattresses weren't comfy at all. Parking was a challenge and i had to park couple blocks away. Room was freshly renovated and very cozy but it's not a 1 bedroom apartment - it's a tiny studio converted from a commercial unit with direct exit to the noisy street. Location is amazing and 10min of driving to the city center and 5 min walk to the mall.
