Good location and very clean. Only problem is the walls aren’t very soundproofed so you can hear the street at night but this wasn’t a major issue. It would also be good to have a kettle as well as a coffee maker with decent sized cups for tea as the espresso cups are far too small.

Great service. Affordable.reasonable breakfast. Although it is right at the center of the city, the sound insulation was good when you have the patio door shut. Staff were very helpful.

This is a excellent place to stay. Location was convenient to the sights, with a great selection of dining establishments nearby. Staff is very helpful & appreciated the quick check-in by Alex. Highly recommend!!

Alejandro was fantastic; however the Manager, Francisco, was less helpful and was difficult to communicate with. He was dismissive when we tried to discuss the broken safe and the noise from the room next door. The hotel room was of a high standard but the soundproofing was very poor, as we could hear the family talking in the next room and we were woken very early with the children crying at 6am most mornings. The cleaning staff were very helpful. The hotel’s location was superb and within a 2 minute ask from the cathedral and the square.

Loved this hotel and the location. We were able to open our balcony doors and listen to different local musicians perform in the evenings. It was not loud, but it created a very tranquil ambience.

Beautiful inside out. The original historical designs of the building and the high ceiling was extra ordinary, The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us get a taxi that can pick up in the hotel (with the narrow streets) to the airport.

Lovely hotel, very central location, great for all the sights of the old town. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Room clean, didn’t have the breakfast as so many options nearby.
