It has a double bed in the master bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, spacious living room with a large sofa bed, chairs and tables support, TV with about 80 channels and air conditioning.
A bathroom and a dining room for 6 guests with a kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, coffee dolce taste, juicer and all utensils that are needed for a comfortable stay and feel like at home. Towels and sheets are provided game. It is located on the first floor without elevator.
Attention to huéspedes.- will welcome you and will show you all personally as well as answer any questions you might have the floor, the neighborhood, the city or something that you require.
The neighborhood. - It is strategically located so that you can move very easily.
They have all the amenities within walking distance and very well connected with many bus lines, metro or bicycle.
In the surroundings they have all kinds of restaurants, tapas bars and traditional bread ovens.

Gute Lage
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Einkaufen ist direkt um die Ecke möglich. Ansonsten waren uns persönlich die „ Decken“ viel zu dünn und die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Kaffeemaschine samt Kaffee gab es nicht. Es stand ein Espressokocher im Schrank . Die Ausstattung an Geschirr ist schlecht. Die Pfannen verbrannt, die Teller ziemlich abgenutzt und wir hatten genau einen Teelöffel.Die Terrasse ist leider nicht mehr so wie auf den Fotos. Sonst war die Wohnung sauber und freundlich eingerichtet.Leider ist es nicht möglich mit dem Vermieter außer über Fewo schriftlich zu kommunizieren, da wir keine Telefonnummer von ihm hatten. Die Dame die uns dann in der Wohnung erwartet hat, sprach nur spanisch.
