PrĂł: ĂĄreas comuns muito bonitas. deck espetacular. convĂȘnio com vinĂ­colas. A melhor opção no Vale dos Vinhedos e por muito! Contra: Check-in muito moroso (esperamos 40 minutos para se dirigirem a nĂłs. haviam outros dois quartos apenas na nossa frente). Apesar do cafĂ© da manhĂŁ ser bom, o almoço deixou muito a desejar. Quartos sĂŁo mal decorados, de mal gosto e nĂŁo condizente com as ĂĄreas comuns do hotel.

Os quartos definitivamente nĂŁo valem o preço. Pegamos a suĂ­te presidencial e ainda assim era tudo antigo e de nĂŁo muito bom gosto. Uma modernizada nos quartos fariam a estadia perfeita. O hotel em si Ă© incrĂ­vel e o staff ainda mais! O que eu acredito que possa ser o gerente (nĂŁo lembro o nome), muito prestativo Ă  tudo o que precisĂĄvamos (tivemos problemas com a conexĂŁo da internet na TV e mesmo nĂŁo conseguindo devido ao posicionamento do roteador, ele fez o que pĂŽde para tentar solucionar o problema). Meu namorado nĂŁo fala portuguĂȘs e foi incrĂ­vel encontrar tantos colaboradores em um sĂł hotel que conseguiam se comunicar c ele em inglĂȘs. Foi uma boa estadia, sĂł como eu falei, nĂŁo acredito que eu pagaria novamente 2mil reais por uma noite em um quarto daqueles.

Very relaxing and want to come next time!

The room was old but well-maintained. Fabulous dining areas (the bistro and the restaurant). Right across the biggest winery MIOLO of the region. The grape fields are nicely organized and are clean and beautiful. Free parking and is not far from some nice restaurants.

Great restaurant and lounge area, beautiful location. Our room had a missing blackout curtains, bedding and towels weren't of Marriott quality and inferior (Marriott manages the hotel only), air conditioning was very loud and kept us up.

Had late check in and got a less than desirable room. Rooms distributed first come get best room. Making an early, advance reservation does not necessarily get you best room in your room type.
