Villa San Vito is near Erice, Trapani. From the house one can see in the distance the coastline and beaches of San Vito Lo Capo. It is surrounded by a garden with exotic plants, palms and olive trees. There is an irregular shaped large swimming pool (11m x 5.50m, 1.8m deep) with outdoor shower.

Ground floor: spacious open plan living room with fireplace opening to the veranda and pool. The kitchen has oven and microwave, doors to furnished veranda with an external kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

First floor: double bedroom with pleasant views, twin bedroom, bathroom with tub.

External stairs to second floor: large double bedroom with open plan double jacuzzi tub and bathroom with hydro massage shower.

Annex: poolside ground floor annex with a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. This annex is accessible from outside only.

Facilities: satellite TV, central heating, air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the annex, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, ironing facilities, hairdryer, street parking, internet Wi-Fi. Water sports and tennis are nearby. Any day arrival possible.
