Well, this was a same day reservation as we decided to take a room near CDG airport for an early departure. I phoned the hotel letting them know that we would arrive at the airport at 11:45 pm and would like to take the free shuttle to the from the airport to the property. The gentleman told me the pickup location and told us to wait there for the grey van with the hotel name on the side. We went and waited for an hour. I could not reach the hotel to find out what was going on. We finally took a taxi to the hotel and there was someone at the front desk who told us that the shuttle service stopped at 11:30. I explained that we had waited an hour because of the information given over the phone. He then gave us our room key and we went up..only to open the door on some sleeping guests who were already occupying the room. Horrible! The front desk apologized and gave us a different room and offered breakfast to us in the morning at the buffet for the trouble. I left first but when my daughter went down she was charged for the breakfast. The room was fine, very basic which was all that we needed, but this whole arrival issue was terrible.

Outside of hotel was a weedy mess. Some weeds in front of emergency exits. There was a used food tray in hallway for almost 24 hours. Had to ask for an extra towel as there was only one provided for two people. The staff behind the front counter was very good.

As a whole: Great value very comfortable bed with flat screen right on the wall nice breakfast. Very helpful staff , Mr Winston warned me about the RER train problems and he was right , he is a great asset to this hotel.

Pros: good price, excellent breakfast, bed was quite comfortable, very nice staff! Cons: the Room was clean but very dated, the facility itself was unmaintained looked pretty shabby when we drove up, the shuttle was old and dirty, hallway carpet was filthy. The breakfast made it a 4 star otherwise it would have been a 2-3 star.

Decent place at an affordable rate, considering the proximity to the airport. The trip to car return at terminal 2 took about 10 easy minutes. My experience has been that hotels near airports are often either very expensive, or else cheaper and, perhaps, a bit sketchy. This place was neither. The room cleanliness was very good, though the hall areas and surrounding property were a bit less than top notch, giving me momentary pause. Parking (9 euro) was a bit tight with many tour coaches the night we stayed, but gated and secured which was most important. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful and there are decent restaurants a short walk away. We did not have any issues with noise either inside the hotel itself or from the airplanes. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very nice stay. Easy check-in, great room, clean and modern. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. Transportation is walking distance, takes you to all places of interest in Berlin. I would stay here again.

I stayed here due to my layover at CDG Airport and I found it quite nice! The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotels in the area are basically for layover or early departures at the airport but I really enjoyed my stay.

Terrible management to allow someone on the front desk to be so disrespectful and rude . Arrived at night with my wife both senior citizens to my room with no ventilation or air conditioning working . Front desk employee refused to address the situation or to replace the room. He suggested to call Expedia or find another Hotel.

They offer free shuttle, but they forget to tell you that even if you booked it in advance, the driver will totally “won’t wake up and won’t show up to work” leaving you paying a last minute fortune on taxis or Ubers. Nice place. AC doesn’t work.

Convenient to the airport but make sure to book the free shuttle for your required day/time well in advance as they fill up. Quiet except for rooms that have adjoining doors; my neighbors had a romantic night. ;)
