Easily accessible from the A11 motorway, exit Ancenis then direction Varades, St Herblon is 10 minutes from the center of Ancenis- St Géréon. The proximity of Ancenis (train station, shopping center, cinema, concert hall ...) and the banks of the Loire will allow you to combine the practical side with the pleasure of discovering the region.



Enjoy this single-storey house, bright, simple and spacious, in the quiet of a subdivision, with its enclosed garden of 360m² which can accommodate families or groups of up to 6 people in its 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy the outdoors with the garden furniture from a pleasant little terrace without vis-à-vis.



​The accommodation has a double bed (160x200) in the first bedroom, and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. A bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit. The toilets are separate. Bed linen and towels provided.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, an induction hob, a microwave and all the necessary utensils for the dishes. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and WiFi are accessible free of charge.



No worries about parking, with private parking in front of the house and parking spaces available on the street. A garage can also accommodate a small vehicle or your bicycles and provides you with a washing machine.



Entry and departure are independent with a key box system. I remain available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required when booking (deposit not debited).
