Everything at VAIL HAUS is set up to run smoothly without us being there, so we won't likely meet in person. However, we are available to answer questions via email, phone or text message. Our superhost status means that we answer all of your questions and concerns promptly.

The Vail Run bus stop is right across the street with 2 free routes in the winter (1 in the summer) that both reach Vail Village in under 10 minutes. Lionshead Village is around 15 minutes' walk away.

As far as skiing/snowboarding at Vail is concerned, you won't need your car at all. You can hop on the free town of Vail shuttle directly across the street at the Vail Run bus stop. This bus stop services 2x free bus routes (Sandstone and Lionsridge Loop) that each lead to Vail Village (1.6 miles away) in under 10 minutes.
