The Space:

The charming "wonderful" chalet style home fronts Gore Creek; less than a mile/km from Chair 20 Cascade Lift.  The free in town bus stop and Vail's bike/walking trail are at the entrance to this private enclave of luxury homes The chalet sleeps 6 comfortably;  primary bedroom on the main living level, easy access to Gore Creek and outdoor living space on each level.



Mountain views. privacy, and abundant light welcome guests with 3 bedroom + den/3.5 bath and  2,360 sq ft.   "A spacious and beautiful home."  Each en-suite bedroom faces south with Gore Creek views.  The ground floor offers one bedroom with a Queen bed and the other a set of Twins.  The den has a sofa, desk and TV.  Each bedroom has access to a large landscaped, seasonal deck with steps to yard and creek. The large master suite is on the second level.  This bedroom has a King bed, lounge chair, desk, walk-in closet and en suite bath with double sinks, jetted tub, marble walk-in shower, separate commode, A  Skylight and windows provide lots of natural light. A "magical experience."



Guests favorite living/formal dining area has beautiful views of the creek and mountains; a gas fireplace with Napa stone hearth/mantle, a grand piano, and a 12' cathedral ceiling. A south facing upper deck grill and comfortable sitting areas provide private outdoor enjoyment.  A powder room is conveniently located off the stairwell.

The open kitchen and spacious kitchen can easily accommodate more than one cook and has an adjacent informal eating area for 6 and 2 stools on a peninsula. The newly designed kitchen has Ceasar Stone counters, custom tiled backsplash, 2 sinks, vented gas range /oven, pullout drawers and hardwood floors.  An adjacent walk-in pantry includes a coffee bar, more storage, stacked washer/dryer with service counter and sink.



This creekside private chalet is an ideal vacation choice for all seasons.  Friends and family will enjoy the chalet's custom furnishings, antiques, and original art. "...truly my favorite mt getaway".   Quotes are from Owners guest book.
