Vaikom Villa is an old house built in the traditional Kerala style .It is located on the banks of the Ithipuzha River, a tributary of the Vembanad Lake, in the village of Akkarappadam in the famous Vaikom destination of Kerala, South India. 2 acres of land with a beautiful atmosphere of many fruit trees such as mango jackfruit tree Rose apple tree (chamba Maram)and sapota etc..
The villa, which has been renovated with more amenities for tourists, has 4 large bedrooms, a spacious living area, kitchen and work area, and a spacious portico, with a spacious courtyard and clear water streams, which join the Ithipuzha River.
Akkarappadam is a remote inland Keralite village with a good percentage of people engaged in fishing, coir making, black clam shell fishing.
