Spacious and bright gîte, laid out over the entire ground floor of an old renovated barn (yearly rental upstairs). The entire enclosed garden is reserved for you. The house faces the small restaurant run by the owner, open for lunch on weekdays (4 guest rooms). You are in the center of the village (grocery store, hairdresser, 2 restaurants, nurse), opposite the sports hall and close to the football pitches. Paul at 14 km. This single-storey gite offers 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms accessible to people with reduced mobility. Equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer) opening onto the terrace. Adjoining storeroom (washing machine). Separate toilets. Large day room of 50 m2 comprising the dining room and the living room (TV, convertible sofa).
