For shared use: pond. Private: property 150 m2 (fenced) with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis. 1.5 km long motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, bus stop "Sturmbach" 500 m, railway station "Uttendorf" 4.2 km, bathing lake "Uttendorf" 6 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 18 km, gondola lift 18 km, ski bus stop 6 km, cross country ski track 6 km, fishing possibilities 500 m. Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Fishing [permit required], on request. The owner who keeps cows on the property comes by daily to milk them. Fishing pond about 500m. €5 per fish caught.
