Beautiful boutique hotel

Beautiful upscale boutique hotel at the northern end of the old town. Valet parking is 19€ a day. The public areas are comfortable and well decorated. The staff was very friendly and multi-lingual. I had a corner room on the third floor with 5 windows looking out to a panoramic view of newer parts of Pamplona. The bedding was comfortable and the water pressure was good. Really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful hotel in traditional building in the old town. Highly recommend, set back from the noisier streets, quiet by night. 5 min walk into the centre, close to tapas bars, restaurants. Would definitely return.

Hotel once you leave the lobby area is extremely tired/worn. Rooms are okay, but also very worn. Walls are extremely thin/no sound proofing and we could hear a family in the room across the hallway having a temper tantrum (sound carried all the way from one end of the corridor to the lifts). Likewise the floor above, you can hear voices through the ceiling. Staff were very friendly, but the hotel condition is a long way past its best. Good location on the outskirts of the old town, everything walkable.

The hotel is fine. Room was a little small but the view was fabulous. The only issue that was distressing was that in the listing and confirmation information stated that they provided transfers from the train station. As our train did not arrive until 11:00 pm, I messaged the hotel to request pickup, only to be told that info was wrong and we could get a taxi. Turned out we stood in a taxi line until midnight in cold temperatures because there were so few taxis.

Great Pamplona stay

Great stay after walking the Camino. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and speacious. The beds are very comfortable.

Wonderful hotel

Nice hotel in old town. Very quiet and good beds and linens. Friendly staff. We were able to get a last minute dinner reservation because Oscar called for us. Easy to walk thru old town and to the bullring. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Expensive for the experience!

Not a 4-star experience. Rooms are more on par with a 2-3 star US hotel. Beds and pillows are hard and the room lacks amenities (no coffee/tea). It was a hot day after we arrived from walking the Camino and the AC was still in winter mode. They told us to wait for the sun to go down at 9pm for it to cool off! We opened the windows out of necessity and had bugs in our room all night.
