Holiday Home in Sianożęty near the Beach

Family holiday resort in a very quiet area, 200 m from the beach. Just a few steps to the resort centre. On the fenced property, guests can find comfortable holiday homes as well as a sauna and whirlpool (for an additional fee). Comfortable, two-story holiday homes. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with TV and a table. The living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker). On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 2 large, separate bedrooms and an additional toilet. Each house has a large covered terrace with a set of garden furniture and barbecue equipment. There is air conditioning with cooling and heating functions. Wireless internet is available. For the youngest, there is an attractive playground, as well as a well-equipped playroom. There is a bicycle rental, as well as a sauna and whirlpool (for a fee). The price of the stay includes: bed linen, internet, parking, baby cot and high chair (registration required). Sianożęty is a small holiday resort located about 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort - Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is located right next to a wide beach. Golden sand and a gentle descent to the sea encourage holidaymakers to sunbathe and swim in the sea. In the neighboring Ustronie Morskie there is also a 100-meter long walking pier. The international R-10 cycling trail runs through Sianożęty. It runs along the coast and provides amazing views of both the beaches, the clean sea and the charming peat bogs. From here, you can easily and pleasantly get to the nearby Ustronie Morskie, but also to the large Kołobrzeg.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
