The villa consists of a living area with kitchen, two rooms and a service. All rooms open onto a large parquet floor with exclusive sea views. On the terrace there is an elegant gazebo, refined sofas with nautical leather cushions, puffs, deckchairs and an external nebulizing system that will ensure, during all hours of the day, the maximum relaxation of guests. The apartment is given in use only for tourist rent outside the business regime. PLEASE NOTE: For check-in all guests' ID cards and a tax identification number are required.
