Property is not as it should be like a holiday inn. Room was clean, but room smelled so bad of sweats may be from the previous user. Otherwise staff were very nice and overall property is ok for a quick stay.

The first room we were in, the AC was broken and it was 84 degrees inside. Someone had clearly been working on the unit but the front desk didn’t know it was broken. The second room they gave us was. Little bigger but the bathroom door handle was completely broken off and our room keys didn’t work on 2 separate occasions.

They put my family at risk

Made my reservation at 9pm. Received a call just before midnight telling me that I didn't have a room and they cancelled my reservation. I had my baby in the car with me. It was scary to be in such a tenuous position without any safe place to go.

We booked several rooms. When we first got there my room smelled like literal sh*t, the beds werent made and the dirty linen was still in the room ( come to find out at check put that room wasnt to be rented anyways because the toilet is broken.) Then another room the bathroom door didnt lock,and the other room the AC was broken so the rrom was switched for the next night and that ac was also broken not to mention the linens my nephew used had big yellow stains on them. The lady who does the breakfast is RUDE. After the 1st night of us staying on the morning of the 2nd day house keeping walked in our room because noone put down that we were staying another night. These people need to get it together. For the amount of money we spent to stay here there were way to many issues.

We love the staff and facilities at this Holiday Inn. They are trying to get the hot tub fixed for 3 months now, they submitted a request for the permit 4 months ago but are still waiting. if there is anything you can do to help this along, that would be great.
