This charming cedar-sided 3BR/2BA cottage is nestled in the heart of Harbor Country, just a short 3-block walk to beautiful Lake Michigan. Designed for comfort, the single-level home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and transom windows that bathe the space in natural light. The fully equipped kitchen boasts cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, a large breakfast island, and seating for up to eight.

After a day at the beach, unwind in the spacious living room by the fireplace or step out onto the expansive screened-in back porch. The primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite bath with a soaking tub, double sinks, walk-in closet, and private access to the porch. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds share a large bath.

No need to overpack—beach chairs, towels, and a wagon are provided! An outdoor shower makes post-beach cleanups a breeze. Walk to the beach, Whistle Stop Deli, and nearby restaurants, or explore Harbor Country’s wineries, breweries, nature trails, and Warren Dunes State Park.

We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, DVD players, and Starlink high speed internet which is great for multiple users. THIS HOME IS ONLY SET UP FOR STREAMING CHANNELS, WITH NO BASIC CABLE.

We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
