Piss poor staff. No towels? They need to close this hotel. Rude staff and unsafe location with alot of drug activity. Do not stay here. (I’m not even a super picky person but this is not a good place)

Horrible Stay and Customer Service

Horrible customer service. I complained about a MAINTENANCE issue and MANAGEMENT let themselves in the room without me being present. There was a large hole in the wall. “Clean towels” had hair in the towels. Sheets had all kinds of stains and heat didn’t work first night of my stay.

Not Worth it , No

We had to grab a room at the last minute and financially this was the cheapest. This hotel should be gutted and remodeled. It’s old and worn everything is awful. Roaches roaming as well as prostitutes and other shady customers. We are elderly folks who were placed on the first floor and got zero sleep. All the loud walking talking noise kept us up. I hope they are not putting fake reviews on the site because I saw nothing but ghetto dirtiness here!

Well first off, the property is dated. The building itself could use some upgrades as well as the rooms. My room was pretty depressing. I had a huge hole in my wall where it looks like someone put their foot through it. There are no amenities in the room besides a mini fridge. No iron or ironing board. My bed sheets had some sort of stain on it which made me wonder if they change the sheets before new guests check in. The wall outlets were worn out to the point where my phone charger would not stay plugged in. The bed almost reminds me of a prison bed. One flimsy mattress that was really uncomfortable. All in all, I could never stay here again. It reminds me of a motel instead of a hotel. No bueno.

Don’t waste your time or money!

In all my travels, this was the absolute worst … the curtain was half torn off the track and didn’t allow privacy; the mattress was worn out and didn’t offer any support, thus didn’t sleep well; the room didn’t even have a trash can!

Honestly, it wasn’t…the worst I’ve stayed in. But, our room had no deadbolt lock, it was broken. The cleaning was like a..7/10? No obvious messes but there was an old blk wrapper near the ac, the two drawers were not cleaned(we didn’t use them) mainly because the bottom drawer didn’t open, but the top one did(that one was dirty) & you could tell the tub wasn’t properly cleaned(could see the hair,it was a good bit from the previous stay still in the drain) The bed was most uncomfortable, would request more pillows(which the guy at the front desk was pretty cool with accommodating) Ac got the room cold af tho, would definitely recommend bringing your own blanket if you staying, the two thin ones they provide ain’t doing much. All in all, stay was a 7/10. Just minor things that can be overlooked.

Never again will we stay at this hotel. The place feels and looks dingy, filthy; rooms are v small; there aren’t blankets to cover, just some plain sheets; the mattresses are covered with plastic sheeting and then the fitted sheet placed on top; the bathroom feels dirty the toilet seat gross looking (the finish rubbed off the seat, no toilet paper holder); the clean towels had staff hair on them. The toilet was clogged, we requested another room (since they weren’t going to fix it at 10pm at night)and was told by the staff at desk that getting a new room would not be possible since he wasn’t the one who checked us in the night before!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- never again. Pictures on website are deceiving, do not trust them.
