Unique spacious 5 bedrooms house in south Bali

The house is conveniently located on a small hill in Bukit Jimbaran, on the southern part of the island. Set in quiet surroundings, yet only some 15 km away from the airport, Kuta, Uluwatu and Nusa Dua. It offers superb 180 degrees views of the sea, Kuta area, the airport and Benoa. Apart from Kuta and Nusa Dua, quiet popular beaches can be found nearby.
The house is easily accessible through a short private road from the main road to Uluwatu.
The land is approx. 1.350 m2 and the house approx. 700 m2 built area excluding open areas. It easily accommodates 8 - 10 persons in 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

On the ground floor, totally surrounded by gardens, there is a big living room, with attached dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, all with marble floors and high wood ceilings. There is also the master bedroom with integrated bathroom. Both the living room and the master bedroom have direct access to the front garden / pool area. There is also a second kitchen connecting to the main one, and a guest toilet.

In the first floor there are three bedrooms (one with balcony), each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk in / walk through closet, and a big landing / sitting area. There is a bridge connecting the bedrooms and overlooking the living room area.

The second floor is an open terrace / sitting area, and the 5th bedroom.

The overflow pool is more than 14m long, with an attached round bubble bath. There is a Balinese gazebo at one end of the pool. On the other side there is an area for external dinning as well as a covered sitting area. On top of this there is an open but covered terrace for relaxation and enjoying the views.
