Private: property 300 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 7 km, railway station 35 km, pebble beach, rocky beach 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Organizing a party is not allowed. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
