The house is located in the village of Valica just 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by a spacious garden in the fenced property ideal for families with children or pets. The famous pebble beach Kanegra is easily reachable on foot (1800 m), near the cycle path La Parenzana for cycling lovers along which they can admire the wonders of western Istria. In a few minutes drive excellent restaurants offering excellent Istrian typical fish and meat menus, the city of Umag and the market.
The comfortable apartment with entrance and private terrace on the ground floor of the house offers a living area with sofa bed for 2 people with satellite TV, fireplace, kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, freezer area, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, napa, 2 electric burners, satellite TV, dining table with 4 seats, sofa, exit to the terrace. The Wi-Fi Internet connection is free. The bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer and external window, two bath towels per person provided (weekly change). The two bedroom with double bed, window, wardrobe and bedside tables. The bed linen provided (weekly change). In front of the house in the courtyard there is a parking space to park safely, in the large garden the shared barbecue.

Upon arrival you will receive a pass to enter the village of Kanegra and use the resort's beach facilities for free.
