With the dining area flowing onto the large rear deck overlooking the spacious fully fenced back yard, the perfect play area for kids or a game of fiska with the adults. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, large rumpus area downstairs complete with sofa bed, pool table and another deck leading to the rear yard.

Well equipped home

Good location however, a wood combustion was available with no wood supplied, no heating available. Yes it is a beach escape but it still gets cold obviously due to the combination heater in the home. Otherwise all good.
