You really can think of this property as 3 homes in one - there's the main house upstairs at the front, a separate studio at the rear and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom underneath the studio which are accessed from the garden. However, the space doesn't end there, with a large backyard with gazebo, two decks, space for 4 cars and a reserve at the rear of the property. You'll feel like you're in your own family hideaway, yet only minutes from the beach!
The main home is accessed from the front carport. A short entrance hall offers access to a bathroom with shower and European laundry with washing machine. You then find yourself walking into an open plan kitchen and dining space with an enclosed deck looking out across the picturesque garden with access to the garden down rear stairs. At the other end of this open plan space are stairs leading up to a loft which offers two single beds, please note the stairs are very steep and there is no door. On this level there is also a lounge with an HD Smart TV, two bedrooms with queen beds, another bedroom with two single beds and a main bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Completing the picture for property number one is another deck, this one outdoors, looking out over the front garden.
Following the path from this desk towards the rear of the property, you will come across the studio which offers the second and third spaces this wonderful home offers. Take the ramp up to the top level and you will find a self-contained living space with an open kitchenette and living space, a separate bedroom with queen bed, an ensuite and two small decks with the wonderful views showcased throughout the property. If you take the lower route down the garden path, you will be able to access the lower floor of the studio which offers two bedrooms, both with queen beds, as well as a shared bathroom.
With free wifi throughout, air-conditioning in the main living area, quality linen and towels provided, a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine - a holiday must!), plenty of parking and all the space you could ever need, this truly is the perfect holiday home for the extended family or group of friends. This stunning home is set in a valley amongst lush bushlands, hidden from the road, yet only minutes to the beach. A 10-minute walk will get you to either Mollymook Beach or Narrawallee Beach. The fabulous Rick Stein's restaurant at Bannisters is only a short 10-minute drive away. For those wishing to tee off while on holiday, the Mollymook Golf Course is a short drive away. If you need supplies, Ulladulla boasts all the shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants you'll need and is only a 5-minute drive south. If you're after something more boutique, then the quaint little town of Milton is only a 5-minute drive north - make sure you stock up on goodies from the popular Woodstock handmade chocolate shop.
