Swim in the waves, play in the soft golden sands, stroll the 2km stretch of pristine coastline and stop in for coffee at the beachside cafes. You're also just a short 5-minute drive to charming Milton with its gourmet food and wine, art galleries and lovely heritage streetscapes or laidback Ulladulla where you can savour tasty seafood overlooking the picturesque harbour.
This fabulous, spacious beach house is a true coastal retreat, boasting sunlit, open plan living with 2 gorgeous and relaxing living areas, a dining table for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The wraparound entertaining deck offers outdoor furniture and glimpses of the sparkling ocean just streets away, and a second covered patio area on the ground floor offers a gas BBQ for alfresco family meals.
There are 4 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and 2 with a tri-bunk in each (double on bottom, single on top) , along with 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is set up as a separate self-contained unit with kitchenette, making this an ideal holiday home for 2 families.
Guests have external access to a laundry with washer and dryer, and off-street parking is available in the carport and driveway.
