Perfectly located, this property is a 2 minute walk to Tallwood Avenue, renowned for the Rooftop Bar & Grill at Bannisters Pavilion, Gwylo restaurant and the Mollymook shops and it is an easy drive to Ulladulla, Milton and the golf course.
*Living and Entertainment Space*
Enjoy the simplicity of this small comfortable and cosy beach shack. The combined lounge and dining has a couch, TV and a 4-seater dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and coffee machine.
Sit on the back deck, cook up an easy dinner on the BBQ and relax. A gate leads from the deck to the large shared yard, which is well shaded and backs onto a bushy reserve.
