This was a one night stay while traveling south to Santa Barbara from the Red Woods. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was limited but coffee was very good. Can’t beat the price! Property was clean, convenient and well maintained.

room overall wasn't very clean...walls were dusty, countertops dirty, towel had hair on them. Bathroom ceiling dripped water in the middle of the night. Morning breakfast was great though.

The room is clean and reception staff was very polite. I like the trees and other extra greenery around the room. I would only wish for an additional blanket. Also, the clock was a half an hour off. But I still give it a 4.5 out of 5 for the basics.

delicious breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with sausage. Other options include waffles,toast, fruit, boiled eggs ect staff is always great, kind, friendly and professional. Happy and Noni are always there to help and answer questions. Pool and hot tub are very clean with a BBQ area. Rooms have been very clean with no issues. House keeping does a great job . Thank you for another great stay.

Great stay! This is an older hotel building. However, everything inside and out is freshly painted and scrupulously clean. The rooms are fresh and clean with new linens, bedspreads, towels, etc. Color schemes are up to date and serene. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave, along with the regular amenities. A buffet breakfast, including season fresh fruit, was part of the package. Staff was informative, friendly, and professional. I would gladly stay at the Orchard Hotel on my next visit to the area.

There were homeless people that were walking around the parking lot. I saw someone shooting up drugs. The room wasn't very clean. I had to knock on the office door to get breakfast, they advertised they were open at 6:30AM. The coffee was disgusting.
