Staff were absolutely amazing. They provided floating breakfast and pool decoration for very reasonable price. They cleaned our rooms daily and were so friendly. Staff always around for anything you need. You can easily get a grab into town or order food to your villa. Absolutely love this villa!

I recently stayed at Poka Hidden Spa Villa in Bali for my birthday, and it was absolutely unforgettable! It was my very first time in Asia and also my first vacation with my boyfriend, and this place made it truly special from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The villa itself is stunning — beautifully designed, private, and surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. The spa treatments were incredible and so relaxing, and the pool was the perfect spot to unwind together. Every little detail felt thoughtful and personal, which made my birthday feel extra special. The combination of the serene atmosphere, amazing service, and breathtaking setting made our stay feel like a dream. Thank you, Poka Hidden Spa Villa, for giving us such a beautiful first trip to Asia and a birthday I’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back

Check in was quick and good. The villa was well maintained outside and very atheistically pleasing. Although there was construction all day next door which was really loud. However the power went out twice in the room which would have been okay but my partner was sick and the aircon went out. We had no wifi from arrival until the next afternoon/ night service in the villa. We’re not able to connect the tv because the wifi doesn’t work. Our bathroom door handle fell off but wasn’t able to be fixed. Lovely place to stay but is about 15 minute out of Ubud and would stay closer next time. The staff are really wonderful and did everything to make our stay great.

The service from staff at this peaceful villa was excellent. Sintya and Dewa were so helpful with booking transport and any other requirements. Would definitely recommend staying here in this great location close, but not too close to central Ubud.

Apres 21 heures de trajet , l hotel nous envoie un message au dernier nous pretextant qu il nous pourrait pas nous donner la chambre réservée cad villa avec piscine privée mais genre pour nous dedommager qu il nous donne une chambre avec une cuisine...je plaisante pas et cerise sur le gateau il nous previenne qu il y a des travaux juste en face de l hotel ,nous qui cherchions le repos et la plenitude nous avons donc réserver un autre hotel ...et là je viens de recevoir un message de hotel.com nous refusant le remboursement alors que j ai fourni les copies ecran des messages du propriétaire de l hotel ...mais bon etant agent de voyages depuis 20 ans bien évidemment je ne vais pas en rester là
