I don't know how this hotel qualifies as 4-star, but it must be based on some kind of technicality. There was trash all around the property, and then the hot water heater went out completely and the water was ice cold. We had to find another hotel for 3 out of 6 days we had planned to stay.

They charged a $50 security room fee, which was not advertised at the time of my reservation. Breakfast was not ready at 7 am; the staff member seemed annoyed by my arrival. It wasn't quiet, and I will not stay here again

It wasn’t a bad hotel but it was the overall look of the room. Paint chipping, water dripping, door with a bit of a gap to where you could hear everything outside. If you don’t like a weed smell I would not recommend this hotel. Had multiple people outside smoking in their cars (hey I’m not judging, I just hate the smell). I could hear clear conversations through the walls. You do get what you pay for. Overall an okay stay for the amount of money that was spent.
