Watch the Atlantic Ocean from the terrace with a cool drink after a fun-in-the-sun day on the beach. This top floor condo (with elevator) is perfectly situated--steps from the beach and only a few short blocks from the pier, restaurants and bars. This 1600 sq. ft. home is three bedrooms and two full baths with an open floor plan. Relax together in the spacious kitchen, dining and living areas. Covered parking for two cars* and, in the garage storage area, find beach chairs, a cart and a cooler for your use. Beach towels included, too!

The ground floor pool is heated in winter & enclosed--great for night swims or rainy weather. Beach towels, chairs, a cart and cooler are available for your use.

*PARKING: There is room for two vehicles (cars, golf carts, etc.) beneath the building. The space beneath the pillars is tight and a full-sized truck may be a tight squeeze.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Tybee is great and the owner was helpful

Tybee is of the best places we have ever stayed. The only hiccup was the elevator not working in the building. The owner was very helpful in getting it fixed in the first couple days even though it was a holiday weekend. I'm very appreciate of all the help she provided. All in all - great stay. Beautiful condo. Everything was clean and worked great.

*Amazing* Vacation Rental !!!

We all *really* loved our stay at your place. It was clean, well equipped, as described in the listing, gorgeous, with a very open kitchen/family room area, nice patio to sit on and enjoy, close to the beach … SO many great things about this place. Loved sitting around the *large* kitchen table one night for cards and fun, and multiple times for meals. Additionally, the owner checked in with me a few times before and during our stay to be sure we got into the place without a problem (we did), had what we needed, and we knew she was there if we needed anything. We didn’t! It was just perfect. But if we needed anything at all, I have the feeling she would have been on it immediately. I felt very well cared for by her checking in with me multiple times, and the place was just as described, and surprisingly almost even better than the photos showed. It was really a beautiful place. I couldn’t have asked for more. We ALL enjoyed our stay so very much. Thank you to the owner! It was just what we’d hoped for. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again if going to Tybee Island. (Really cute little island. Fabulous sunsets and sunrises. *Gorgeous* place to take family photos! Bring matchy-matchy outfits and a great camera and skilled photographer… you won’t be disappointed!) Great place!

Loved staying at the Salty Breeze! The condo had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. The location is great- walking distance from the beach and stores and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was great for getting around to the north end of the island. Janet was great to work with and communication was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Exceeded Expectations

A clean and beautiful condo equipped with everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to make the stay a great one. We were only a shot walk to the beach and walking distance to the grocery store and many restaurants. Morning coffee spot on the patio gave a a view of the ocean and a sea breeze. We loved this place!

Beach vacation

We had a great time the place was nice. Had everything to cook with and pots to make shrimp and seafood. Great location near main part of beach and close enough to back river beach for easy walk. The porch was nice to drink coffee in morning and relax at night. Beds were comfortable and slept good! Thanks for the stay

Beautiful clean condo

My family of 5 stayed for six nights in March 2023. The condo was easy to access, clean and spacious. Most impressive though was the attention to small details with amenities that are normally overlooked at other rentals. Our time here was lovely and we would absolutely stay at Salty Breeze again.

We loved our stay here! We had everything we needed to get started. The beds were VERY comfortable. It was clean when we got there! Although we didn’t get to experience the outside because it was very cold, it was a lot around us. We will be back in the summer time so we can experience everything around us!! The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. Every time we needed to go some where we would have to move the cars. You could only park in a line and we had to take our cargo off the top of the car because it wouldn’t fit under the garage.

Perfect Location and Amenities

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is wonderful - such a short walk to the beach, even with little children in tow. We really appreciated being able to use the owner’s beach carts and chairs and would stay here again just for that convenience. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great holiday weekend. We were able to watch the Labor Day fireworks from our balcony which was a really nice surprise. This rental is perfect for a small family and we would 100% book them again in the future.

Gets everything right

3rd trip to Tybee as a family of 5 with 2 grown sons and our daughter-in-law. It is a rare treat to find a place that gets everything right from the big things to the little things. The south beach location is great; 1/2 block walk to the beach and close to the pier and restaurants. View from the balcony is amazing; you can see the ocean between buildings and watch the sun come up (got some great sunrise photos). The condo was roomy, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked (especially the kitchen!). The big dining table is perfect for family game night. Janet our host was superb with communication and making sure that we enjoyed our stay. Parking is tight but not different from other places in the area. Our car and an SUV fit just fine but I would not want to try to park a Suburban :-). Wonderful relaxing week and we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this property. We came with family and 3, 20 year olds. We have stayed closer and farther away from the beach. This was just the right distance. We came back to condo to eat lunch and straight back to the beach. We cooked every night. We had everything thing we needed, But close enough to restaurants to walk.

Perfect Location!

Absolutely loved being here! It was so nice to have so much room as we are all adults now in my family. Plenty of room at the dinning room table as well as the family room. Great location to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Kitchen well equipped and very clean. Can not wait to return!

Wonderful stay!

We loved this condo. The location was fantastic! close walk to the beach and to downtown(which is a huge bonus considering you have to pay to park everywhere). The condo was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed having access to a pool and the beach equipment provided was great too.

This property matches all reviews read before booking. The condo was clean and communication with the owner was a breeze. Something we loved was the proximity to the beach and local restaurants. Everything was very walkable which made it nice with two toddlers. Will book again!

Girls Weekend

We stayed here for a girls getaway weekend. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and a beach cart full of chairs and beach supplies was included with the rental. We loved the third floor deck that gave us a clear view of the water and the surroundings. The condo was the perfect size for 4 women. THe kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed and the beds were all very comfortable. The property manager cheched in multiple times to see if we needed anything and were enjoying the place. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing stay that is in walking distance of all the town amenities.
