All surfaces are disinfected between guests. This unit has its own private porch entry. We have a no-contact check in and check out process.

Key Lime Condo in Coral House. 1/2 block to the beach --- Tybee Island's wide white-sand beach. Large porch. Privacy fence.

This apartment is on two levels. On the ground level is a king bedroom, a living/kitchen area, and a bathroom. A spiral stairway leads from the living area to the loft where you will find a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the back yard. This is not a large condo and is not for large groups. For maximum comfort we have limited occupancy to 4 people.

The loft and balcony are on the middle level of the house. Another apartment is above. We have provided sound insulation between the apartments, but loud noises and heavy footsteps can still carry from above.

A beach access ramp is at the end of our block. The ramp crosses about 50 feet of dunes and ends on the beach. Just as close is another beach access where you are allowed to walk a path through the dunes to the beach.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a dishwasher. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Relaxation station

This house was perfect for me and my parents. It was clean, super cute and totally tybee. All the instructions were clear the responses quick and amenities new and quality. We slept so soundly in our comfortable beds and had many great conversations on the back deck. Would recommend to all.

Wonderful location, beautiful and CLEAN!

We haven’t been to Tybee in over 13 years so lots have changed. We blindly chose this location based off reviews and we were so happy that we did! The beach access is literally steps away, there are places to eat right there and we really enjoyed sitting outside watching the people. The condo was so clean and the most comfortable beds and pillows! We will definitely be booking the Key Lime condo again as soon as possible!

Quick two day stay, condo was a good location to shops and restaurants. Over all dated interior with limited kitchen. Multiple condos in this house which is loud. Worked fine for dog friendly housing.

Cute small cottage suitable for 4. Convenient location with everything you would need to cook or grill from home. Even provided ear plugs and a white noise machine. Only suggestion would be better quality pillows but that's really on me for not bringing my own.

Family + fur baby getaway

The house was just as advertised. Cute. Little. Shared walls. A very short walk to the beach or stores. They are nice and don't charge a pet fee. One thing we didn't consider beforehand was the shared walls and other people having pets. Our dog kept wanting to say hello to the friends she could hear walking around. We should have brought a bark collar. Owners communicated well. Check in was seamless. A great little place in a fantastic location.

Second time we’ve stayed here and we absolutely love everything about Key Lime Condo! Location is perfect. Highly recommend just walking literally across the street to Salt Island Fish & Beer …. Fresh seafood and has to be the BEST on the island. Rent a golf cart next door (grab some yummy ice cream while you’re there)….. a golf cart is the best way to get around on the island !!! We truly can’t stay anywhere else on Tybee. We absolutely LOVE staying here ! Thank you for making sure every detail is perfect. We can’t wait to come back !!!!!!!

Great Condo and Perfect Location

The condo is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Very cute, quaint, and comfortable. My daughter loved the upstairs loft. Very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't cook much, but the kitchenette has everything you would need. This was our first time on Tybee and we quickly discovered that we had a great location. Easy walk to the beach, which is beautiful. Restaurants close by. The owner gave a few recommendations, which were very helpful. We loved Sundae Cafe! We enjoyed all the restaurants on the island. We hope to make it back to Tybee soon and will definitely stay here again - it was absolutely perfect for us!

Great Location. Perfect!

We came to Tybee Island for a short getaway with some friends. The condo had everything we needed (plus more). The beach was right down the road and we were able to use a provided wagon which was extremely helpful! There were plenty of restaurants (including an ice cream shop!!) within walking distance. Would 100% return! Thanks so much!

Cute vacation getaway

We are local Savannah people, but we wantwd a quick spontaneous get away! We booked this house literally the day before and they got us in it was clean, they had wagons for the beach, literally less than 5 mins away you where on the beach, icecream place across the street, backyard was perfect for our service dog and one pet dog, we had local friends come visit each day and the backyard was perfect for this, the kitchen was great for french toast making. Only thing that would make it better?? I would say more towels there was only 4 towels and when your at the beach you do not want to use same shower towel for beach. Overall definitely a 5 stars from us and the doggos! We will be booking again!

Spring Break

This home was perfect for our family to spend a few days near the beach during our spring break trip. It is small, but we knew that going in, and the loft offered plenty of space for the kids to spread out. Check-in was easy, and the host provided all of the info we needed to enjoy our time both in the home and on the island. Access to laundry and beach wagons and toys were huge pluses! It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We had a great time!
