Ok no restuarant to have breakfast It was clean and comfortable. Need more amenities as far as claiming it to be a resort . Did not like the layout of the property 2 pools are isolated islands in the middle of the parking lot.

Overall not a bad hotel

No restaurant on site. Definitely a little rundown. Needs a good cleaning. I do understand it is a beach hotel so it’s hard to keep clean. All the staff was very friendly, except for one housekeeper, which I don’t remember her name. Staff was very helpful. On-site parking is a plus, but there is a fee. Walking distance to the beach was nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE. IT HAS BEEN A DISASTER FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT. THERE IS ZERO HOUSE KEEPING. THEY’LL TAKE TOWELS, ETC BUT WON’T REPLACE THEM. MADE THE BED ONCE FOR A 5 NIGHT STAY. VENDING MACHINES TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER GIVE YOU ITEM. FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND LESS THAN HELPFUL. THERE ARE BETTER CHOICES IN TYBEE. THEY HAVE ZERO PRIDE IN THIS PROPERTY. IT IS ALSO VERY UNKEPT. SEE PHOTO.

Make sure you call the property and be sure that the room type, view etc. is what you expect before booking. While we had some bumps at check in and concerns in the room. The GM was very responsive and sincerely concerned about the issues brought up. It seems they will improve the issues based upon the feedback to improve for future guests. Brett demonstrated outstanding customer service skills, and their efforts ensured that I left the hotel feeling happy with the experience and lasting impression.
