Their hours, maintenance schedule, and availability are outside of our control. From time to time, these amenities may close without notice for maintenance, repairs, weather, or HOA decisions. While we hope you are able to enjoy them, availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds or credits are not provided if they are unavailable.
