Communication with the management company was good and the unit was clean. The unit itself has several shortcomings that are unwarranted, especially for the price. There was only a trash can in the kitchen; you must have a waste basket in a bathroom. The "dining" table was very difficult to use because it was clearly designed for outdoors: it was metal and had slats with gaps of nearly a centimeter. That meant that any drip or crumb fell through the table onto your lap and/or the floor; it was also impossible to wipe the table without getting debris and/or water on the floor. Surprisingly, the chairs had fabric covering. Unfortunately, you can't see from the photos what the table is like. One thing has changed since the photos were posted: a vacuum is hanging on the wall just to the right of the TV! That is the only wall "decoration" in the entire unit. We only found one outlet in each bedroom, and half was used for a lamp, which is not enough for electronic devices. The bedroom with twin beds has a bed right up against the closet, so you can't use the closet.We saw no way to make ice cubes.
